Public Notice

All inquiries or comments regarding active applications before the Planning Board may be made through the Town Planner, not the Planning Board members directly. Members of the Planning Board shall not engage in ex parte communication. Planning Board members shall not engage in communication by mail or email regarding active applications with any party: other Planning Board members, applicant, property owner, developer, neighbor, opponent, supporter, interested citizen, etc., except at Planning Board meetings. In the event that inadvertent communication with Planning Board members regarding an active Application does occur, Planning Board members shall immediately forward such communication to the Town Planner for distribution to the Applicant and all Planning Board members, and it shall be made a part to the public record.

Beginning July 1, 2015 the Planning Department will be holding walk-in hours on Mondays from 2 to 4 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to noon. This is a time when you can meet with the Town Planner without an appointment to discuss your project and/or upcoming Planning Board agenda items.
