As a coastal community, we must prepare, mentally, and physically to survive any emergency that may threaten our community, schools, and homes.

Please be aware the York Police Department does not know when the power, cable or internet will be restored during an outage.  Please Contact Central Maine Power or Spectrum directly.

  • If you are experiencing a life-threatening electricity emergency, please call 911 immediately

  • If your electricity service is out, we encourage you to notify CMP by clicking HERE to report an outage. You can also call 1-800-696-1000 to report an outage.

  • Dig Safe: Dial 811 or 1.888.DIG-SAFE or 1.888.344.7233

  • Spectrum Customer Service - 1-833-267-6094
  • Call 1-833-267-6094 to find out if you’re in a Spectrum internet, cable TV or home phone outage. After entering your phone number, simply ask "Am I in an outage"
